Carrot Cake Jam Dip

The Cabot Store in Quechee, VT samples our Carrot Cake Jam with their own cream cheese as an irresistible dip for pretzels, graham crackers and crisp apple slices. 

We get asked for the recipe all the time, and it couldn’t be simpler. 

Cabot’s Cream Cheese Carrot Cake Dip

1 8oz block of Cabot Cream cheese, softened

4oz (half a jar) of Potlicker Carrot Cake Jam

Stir together the soft cream cheese and jam until well mixed. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Now you can enjoy this Quechee favorite at home!
