Domestic and International orders are all processed through the normal check out process at www.PotlickerKitchen.com. Orders are shipped via Fed Ex or USPS according to weight and destination. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page (jelly is surprisingly heavy!). Shipping is calculated through the carriers (USPS, FEDEX) portals. Orders less than 13 jars are generally shipped faster and cheaper via USPS. Larger orders and wholesale orders will be shipped Fed Ex. Free shipping offers are available to regular website customers only and not available on custom orders, discounted orders, or inter

NO returns* or exchanges. Please contact your point of purchase for a return. We do not accept returns or replace damaged items from 3rd party sellers.
