Our take on hot pepper jelly is a favorite at events big and small. Fruity habaneros blended with red bell peppers and pineapple achieve pepper jam zen. So good, it’s developed a cult following! If you like seriously spicy pepper jellies, this is your jam.
It starts hot and gets hotter! Try using it to glaze wings or meatballs. Use as a dip for egg rolls, and a sauce for stir fry. Serve this jam over cream cheese for an old fashioned crowd pleaser.
Ingredients: Cane sugar, pineapple, bell pepper, vinegar, habanero pepper, citrus pectin.
