Jam Popsicles

To make jam pops, you need 2 things: a popsicle base and a jam. From there, the sky's the limit.
The base: I chose coconut milk for the base here, but you could use yogurt, milk, pudding, or fruit juice. If using a thicker base like greek yogurt, you might want to thin it out a bit with milk or water.
The jam: I chose Pear Ginger Jam to pair with the coconut milk, but any jam will work well.
Add-ins: Mint and lime compliment the coconut and ginger spice and lend cooling flavors, making for a killer summer pop. Have fun with spices, herbs, zest or a splash of juice.
